The Ultimate luxury! Fly private directly into Carefree Skyranch and park in your own hangar. This hangar is ideally sited, just off the runway. Skyranch private airport features a 4000' runway, PLASI-Pulsating Light Approach Slope Indicator and REIL-Runway end identifier lights. Although night operations are not recommended, the runway is lit and open until 11p.m. located outside the PHX TCA, not subject to TCA closures for VIPs, bowl games, World Seris, Super Bowls etc. Private, low traffic, no helicopters, owners receive $1.50 Gal gas discount. Each hanger owner has a share in the entire airport facility. Sky Ranch is a private airport, gated, W/a full time airport manager in place, staffed seven days/week. Fees $265/mo.
