That's no longer the right date. It's going to be December 3rd or 5th. I am not near my main computer to check, but I'm positive the sentencing is delayed until December. The DOJ site just hasn't updated to show the new date. He filed a manifesto claiming the DOJ was on a witch hunt and that he didn't get a fair trial which delayed sentencing again.

Got it. Thanks. Well looks like I'll have to postpone the band and the caterer. Nothing fancy, mind you but something a little better than.....oh...say..... about 30 years worth of Bologna sandwiches ;-)
Do you think Stein will ever get sentenced or could he just keep postponing it? There has to be a limit, right? He can't keep coming up with excuses.
