Thank You Chris and Idie!


It was Great!
We started with the Charcuterie plate with Lardo , Head Cheese, Duck Proscuitto, Beef Tongue, Pork Rillettes, Foie Gras Torchon and home made pickles. 
Followed with the Hot and Hot Signature Tomato Salad with Field Peas, Sweet Corn, Fried Okra and Applewood Smoked Bacon. I ate this like the last supper and left nothing on the plate.
As an Entree I had the Hickory Grilled Harris Ranch Prime Strip Loin with Rapini, crisp potato cake, poached egg, and parmesan tuile. 
All accompanied with the La Follette Chardonnay and Four Graces Pinot Noir. And a few house specialty cocktails before dinner-I had the Strawberry Mojito.
